This notice explains how website enquiries, admissions information and child-related data are handled when families contact Kizzu Special School.

Parent or guardian contact details, enquiry history and preferred contact time; information you choose to share about a child’s learning, communication, health or current support; future-location update preferences; and limited technical information required to operate the website. If you allow optional analytics, KSS also receives aggregated page-view and button-interaction information such as WhatsApp, telephone, email, directions and contact-page clicks.

3. Children’s information
Information about a child receives additional care. It should be collected only for a clear purpose, accessed by authorised people and not used for unrelated marketing. A website enquiry is not a diagnosis, assessment result or guarantee of placement.
4. Sharing and external platforms
Information may be shared within authorised KSS or Kizzu Kids functions when needed to respond safely and appropriately, or where disclosure is required by law. WhatsApp, email and map links operate under their own platform terms and privacy practices. Optional website analytics is provided through Google Analytics and is not loaded until a visitor chooses to allow it.
5. Storage, security and your choices
KSS uses appropriate safeguards, retention practices and access controls for the information it handles. Analytics preferences are stored on the visitor’s device and can be changed through the Analytics Preferences control in the website footer. Families may ask how information is used, request correction or raise a privacy concern through the published contact channel, subject to applicable law and record duties.
6. Photographs and sensitive data
A learner’s image should only be used with the appropriate rights and consent. Genetic information is not collected through this website and is not part of the public admissions enquiry flow.
